Like I said before, I'd have done it the other way round, so you could mention the landowner complaint.  The whole point of the reply to LBCCC is to make it strong and worth PE's while not to continue.

When one googles VHK Southall one finds the Vishwa Hindu Kendra website.

Their website seems to indicate that they own the site outright.
There is an address on their Contact Us webpage. 

Can't see any car park entrance signs on Google Street View.

Also, you can find Vishwa Hindu Kendra's email address and telephone number on their entry on the Charities Commission's website.

Not that you'll be using their telephone number of course.
