Does anyone know if this can be challenged successfully and how or if it has been before?
I thought I'd told you already (maybe it was another poster?) that if you read the 2021 posts in POPLA DECISIONS that the keying error wording from the BPA CoP was taken by a POPLA Assessor to include any keying error including a location code, I think.

You just need to read around the forum more.  No-one would pay this.

Out of interest, is it £100 discounted to £60 or what?  I am interested to see that ParkingEye's new contract at Lidl stores offers 50% discount.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No I don’t think you did. Okay so I tried to appeal with Parking eye but they said no on the basis that POPLA rejected appeal.

Parking eye have not discounted it’s still £100.

So now do I just ignore it and not pay or do I need to try appealing another way?

Not if you already tried POPLA and failed.

I haven't looked back on the thread...have you exhausted landowner complaint?

The appeal system is now exhausted , it's a landowner cancellation or court ( if you fail to pay )

I have received a letter before county claim. As a reminder I paid the relevant amount but to the wrong car park as put in the wrong code. The money still went to Parking eye.

Should I complete the reply form stating this? If so is there any guidance anywhere?

Also, I haven’t done the land owner complaint is it too late for this?

The guidance about LBCCC stage for ParkingEye is in the NEWBIES thread.

If course you do the landowner complaint and mention it in your response to the LBCCC.

Have done a SAR using form at the bottom of parking eye privacy notice. And sent an email to parking eye litigation team asking them to cancel payment as they still received it albeit to it was to a different code.

Now I will look to complain to landowner if can easily find who this is out.

Have I covered all bases from LBC perspective?

    Thank you

@Umkomaas often posts comprehensive guidance on that.
