DanielWh said:Ok thanks, will the CCBC supply a copy of the judgment upon request?
Contact the CCBC and get more details , like the name and address it was posted to , date of the CCJ , full name and address of the claimant , etc
We cannot assist youwith our opinions until you get all the facts
Email a SAR to the DPO at the parking company UK CPM to obtain all your data too0 -
Ok so I emailed the CCBC last night after trying to call. They said they cannot do anything without a claim number which I will find on any correspondence or my credit file. I don't have a claim number on the letter from Empira and I don't have a CCJ on my credit file.So confused.0

Ok Thanks I have done that. Should I request the same from Gladstone and Empira? Although I notice Empira are the same address as Gladstones so probably the same company.

I wonder how old the CCJ is as if it is over 6 years I believe it falls off the credit file and they cannot proceed with further enforcement without returning to court?"Overthinking every little thing

It goes back to a dodgy pcn at the beginning of 2019. Which seems to have been passed from one company to another.Have asked all the DPOs for information so we will see what comes back as I have never received a claim letter from CCBC or anyone 🤯1

That's all you can do , for now
The figure claimed in the letter is a strange figure , nothing like a typical CCJ figure , not when you think of all the charges normally added1
