My tech team colleague tells me the system we use to send the Money Tips email blocks your particular email domain, but it might be the case that this changes later in the year.

I'm really sorry for the inconvenience. In this case I'd suggest signing up to the Money Tips email with another email address if you can.

I can definitely understand your frustration and I'm very sorry you're unable to use that email address to receive the Tips email anymore (or for now anyway).

From what I can glean, we weren't aware that the system we use was blocking that particular domain. The tech team monitors the email to check it's sending successfully each week and this process flags domains that are causing issues that week for large swathes of subscribers. With smaller domains (there are a great many of them), we might not get any hint that things are going wrong unless someone using that domain let's us know, as in this case.

I've passed everything you've said onto our tech team and flagged it as a problem. I'm told this may be something that might be able to be fixed later in the year, though I can't give a guarantee. I've set myself a reminder to check in with the tech team in November and December for an update and I will report back once I have news.

It's only the Money Tips email itself that is sent using this system - since we send it to 13 million email address across the course of several hours each week, we need a specialist system for the task.
