Why doesn’t the OP just read other Southampton Town Quay threads and appeal as keeper, without saying who was driving, given this is byelaws land and she probably has a Golden Ticket?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi All,
I've been reading all the advice on PCN received from ParkingEye and am I right in thinking that they have 14 days to Issue said PCN, mine is Date of Event 28/8/2021 Date Issued 14/9/2021 will they use the 'bank holiday' excuse?
I have also check with BPA who suggest there should be a Grace of Time of a minimum of 10 minutes, I have emailed Town Quay offices to clarify what their Grace Time is. TBH Town Quay are really not very helpful.

The signs are really confusing, but I had tried to pay, but couldn't find a machine that took Cards, only payments by Mobile, I didn't have it with me.D_P_Dance said:It is scary because it is meant to scare the easily scared.
