I did read the newbie FAQs and I have a feeling I’m going to be redirected to some of theses posts, I am sorry!!

we have a parking charge notice sent by post from UKPS. Usual stuff in the letter sent.

The time stamps on the letter are not to the second. I went to pay for it and when i was directed to the paying page more images of the vehicle were listed. timestamps to the second included, shows car inside car park at then the car is turned around clearly existing as it is a couple of meters from exit and that’s at

the policy on the ukps site says 5 min grace period allowed and yet from these timestamps i am under by around 20 seconds.

I don’t know whether to just use this as my evidence when appealing as i am worried they might send slightly earlier screenshots of car entering and then a later screenshot of leaving to show that the car was on private land for longer than 5 mins.

The car owner was not driving the vehicle but someone else who’s insurance allows them to drive it.

i don’t know what i should use in my appeal.

sorry again if this is going to cause frustration as i know there are probably new posts like this all the time 😭

Did UKPS comply with POFA. ?  Yes or no ?

If no , the keeper has no legal liability for what the driver did or didn't do

It is your decision as to if you give the drivers details , or not

Ps , the pictures are of the vehicle , not of you or any person

Does the code of practice of the relevant PPC show "a minimum of 5 minutes"?

Hi, thanks for reply! It’s privately owned by a small social club. Just an independent ram one. Should I provide name?

Doesn't the 5 minute grace period apply to over-stays, rather than being there for 5 minutes at all?

Hello, thanks so much for taking time to reply.

I just rang them. And they said Yes.

Is there any way to confirm this?
Nobody asked you to phone them , plus with their answer , they would say that wouldn't they ??

Yes there is , read the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum in announcements , first post , compare the NTK PCN to a typical compliant one , no phoning anyone from now on
