Apologies for bringing up an old post -  Can anybody confirm that the PlusNet Roaming in Andorra definitely works still - anybody used it recently. I note it says on the website it's covered but old posts on different forums (2017) suggests people having no service on arrival and couldn't use it at all.

I'm leading a school ski trip to Andorra soon and wish to give parents a number that can be used to contact in Emergencies - so it's quite important that it's working if I give out that number!! - I don't wish to give out my own personal number - which I know works in Andorra from previous visits but costs are extreme so I don't use it unless on WiFI - but this wouldn't be an option for the emergency line.
