Halifax App Notifications

Don't worry, card used this morning and no notification. It was what I had been expecting anyway!

The Halifax iOS app has been updated (V81.02) and you can now sign up for app notifications to keep track of account activity, if you have a Halifax credit card:

Well I can't see any changes in the Android app, and enabling the notification appears not to do anything still.

Same on my Android as well, and no update pending.

Tandem had in app notifications. Was very useful to me. Unfortunately they've ditched their credit cards

Is your app set to not be allowed to send notifications?

All notifications are turned on.

Notifications for Purchase Alerts (debit card), Smart Alerts and Spending Summary work. Perhaps Halifax are rolling out the Credit Card Alerts gradually? 🤷🏻‍♂️

Goodness knows. The only one of those I have listed (Android) is 'Credit Card Alerts'.
