Well, this is why it matters - you've given the impression that either there are several people there, or that you're setting up fictional additional identities for some fraudulent purpose. Best to get that sorted out pronto.Denny54 said:

every time i changed my name i added my self onto the electoral registerChandler85 said:Changing your name doesn't create extra people not matter how odd repeatedly changing your name can be. I assume you don't keep adding yourself to the electoral register with each new name so there is about 10 people registered to vote at your property! Unless you are changing your appearance every time, or have some job where you dress differently repeatedly. They'll have been told that you aren't living there by someone and that someone else is and have investigated and probably as a result seen multiple different people going in and out your property. You need to explain why there are multiple people going in and out your property and none of them seem to be you. This could you had family staying for an extended people, you dress differently everyday, sometimes looking like a male or female and in different clothes etc so could be confused as different people to you having 6 different partners who regularly stay over and this is your chosen lifestyle. Nothing wrong with any of them but it might look like it isn't your home as a result, which may have caused this issue.3 -
So you have two problems.Firstly, electoral fraud which is a criminal offence. You have registered to vote under 3 different names, thereby obtaining 3 votes. SeeSecondly, assuming (as is likely) your landlord has checked the register, they will see 3 people registered there, giving a clear impression that more people live there than should be.

There are lot of assumptions on here. No one knows exactly what evidence they have of subletting. I am afraid you will have to wait to speak to them, and then decide how to deal with it based on how firmly based their accusations are and what they are. This could be solved very quickly and easily. The Electoral Register, if it shows three names for the same address, will be important so you will need to be able to explain this..
If you have any support workers that can back up why things were approached in the way you did, I'd give their names to the Housing person you need to speak to.
I hope you are able to sort this out.
I think people on here need to remember that sometimes people do do 'odd' things, that make perfect sense to them but don't to anyone else. I have two autistic sons and quite often need to deal with the outcome of 'rules' as to what they need to do and why, that my autistic sons make up that just don't exist or make sense but they do to them lol. One of them is an adult.., but sometimes its like he just doesn't get how the world works at all.
I have a feeling that the OP had no intention of breaking laws or subletting but didn't follow through on some actions. but they will need to wait to find out why the HA have written as they have. I have a feeling other letters may have been ignored. But its not too late. If you can explain, with evidence of the actions you have taken, you should be ok.

There are indeed, you are making a number of your own based on your own personal circumstances.deannagone said:There are lot of suppositions on here.

I am trying to give an alternative to the many quite negative assumptions on here. None of us may be correct, but a different approach can be useful.1

They will ask you why you have changed your name multiple times and request evidence.
