Did you change your name on any benefit claims at the same time or are you using different names everywhere.0

I must admit the name changes sound strange, and may or may not explain why the HA thinks different people have been living there. Reasons I can think of* marriage then divorce then marriage* hiding from someone eg abusive ex* multiple benefit claims in different names* issues with self-identityBut given the number of different people theHA seem to think have been there, the above odes not fully explain so I suspect there is more to the back story.I have called the housing association and they said the person who sent me the letter will call me back within 5 days…Well that's good. 5 days or (more likely) 5 working days? But I would percevere. Keep ringing, or go in and wait.

Do you still have these emails in your outbox? If you can save them as pdf files and when you get through to an individual, you can email them to them.If you can show you notified them of your name changes but they took no action, it can help.In future it is worth adding a delivery and read receipt to important emails and keeping the receipts. If you can show you sent it and it was received its up to them to find out why no action was taken.May you find your sister soon Helli.

Changing your name doesn't create extra people not matter how odd repeatedly changing your name can be. I assume you don't keep adding yourself to the electoral register with each new name so there is about 10 people registered to vote at your property! Unless you are changing your appearance every time, or have some job where you dress differently repeatedly. They'll have been told that you aren't living there by someone and that someone else is and have investigated and probably as a result seen multiple different people going in and out your property. You need to explain why there are multiple people going in and out your property and none of them seem to be you. This could you had family staying for an extended people, you dress differently everyday, sometimes looking like a male or female and in different clothes etc so could be confused as different people to you having 6 different partners who regularly stay over and this is your chosen lifestyle. Nothing wrong with any of them but it might look like it isn't your home as a result, which may have caused this issue.0

As so oftern we are only getting one sideof the story. The HA will also have an opinion of what is happening, based on.... something.1 -
