It means you now need to go back to that list you were following when you filed your Defence.superdrpanda said:hi all,I have now received an SAR in the interim and also a notice of proposed allocation to the small claims track form and directions questionnaire pack? what does that mean?
Surely you remember item 6 on that list?
Here it is again...6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.
Items 7, 8, 9 and 10 on that list will explicitly answer your latest questions.0 -
It is explained on the IMPORTANT - KNOW WHAT HAPPENS WHEN (red heading) section in the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread, and also these steps are mentioned in the Template Defence thread so we expect/hope new posters are ready for this.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

But the immediate answer is get on writing your Witness Statement and gathering your evidence if you haven't already done so.1 -
Whatever letter it is from the court (if not then the next one) will include instructions about filing and serving your WS and evidence. Usually on page 2.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

hi all, I have received a date for the trial (late september), however it seems they have not send/not received by us a WS and evidence letter out to me at all. Is it too late to send that in?In the middle of writing the deference and will post up for comments later.0

If you have received a court heating date, you must have submitted a defence already! Do you mean Witness Statement?superdrpanda said:hi all, I have received a date for the trial (late september), however it seems they have not send/not received by us a WS and evidence letter out to me at all. https://postimg.cc/hfChCMs0Look again at your Notice of Allocation which you have not shown us.Is there not a paragraph something like:Each party must deliver to every other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which he intends to rely at the hearing no later than [ . . . ] [14 days before the hearing].Might be on the back. Those documents you intend to rely on are your Witness Statement and evidence.1
