Lovely evening. BBQ in the garden, bit of a tidy up, then sitting by the new firepit until 5 minutes ago when it got a bit parky. 19,000 steps and a few too many boozes, although I am 16+ glasses of water for the day 😜

It was about 3.7l. I think that's ok on a hot, 19,000 steps day where I ran 5K? I'm 95kg or so
