Happy weekend all, better get to it!9 -
Grass cut at the front and all weeds blasted with horticultural vinegar. Pretty nasty stuff, but I don't have time to manually weed and I prefer it to glysophate.
House seeming lovely and clean, Mrs E has been doing some extra hoovering and dusting.
Dinner is started and all is going swimmingly with the exception of me burning my bloody foot turning over the meat in the SC! 😭
Made $5.60 for a weird AI interview. Mrs E says they'll make deep fakes of me but I assured her I'm too boring for that 🤣
£7.09 withdrawn from Prolific, £1.05 paid into my S&S dividend pie.7 -

I keep trying to persuade work to make a deepfake of me so I can spend less time worrying about hair/makeup/background/clothes and focus more on what I'm actually saying. So far they haven't managed it.7

Turned a joint of pork over, roasting hot liquid spattered on my foot, which I was not using to turn the pork 🙄 Now rocking two nasty blisters but I'll live 😬7

Ouch! The top of the foot always has very thin and sensitive skin too, I find. I hope you are a swift healer! 😊

Took the family for a 5km round trip walk with a food market in the middle
Picked up various nice things including pies for lunch, sourdough bread, cakes and Greek food. Added bonus of everyone now exhausted (with the exception of DD2, who got to go in the buggy).
Doing 2 hours of overtime now so that I can skip 2 hours next week (it's our wedding anniversary on Wednesday). Bonus doing it on a Sunday as well as it's 1.5x vs 1.33x normal hourly rate.Have inspected my gardening blitz from yesterday and 90% of the weeds have definitely kicked the bucket! Will need to get some bark or similar next weekend to cover the rather bare looking borders.
