We saw an immaculate 3 bed semi with a giant converted living space in the attic (not a room, no door). Downstairs felt cramped, however, and although there was a separate dining room, the kitchen was minute. As a big kitchen diner is probably our only "want" it felt like too much of a compromise. A lovely house, I'd be surprised if it goes for much under £400k, not for us8

Our house is not updated bar the attic and a wee kitchen refurb that was a stopgap. It's also very small, 100sqm at a push after attic conversion7

just caught up. hope you all have a healthy day and no more sickness, but, importantly, fab news on the pension front.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!7
