Mytrip flight refund

Hi all. I had a ticket booked in March 2020 from India to Manchester which was cancelled due to India locking down. The ticket was booker via Mytrip and was on Turkish Airlines. After the cancellation, Mytrip originally were sending emails to me which ended at the start of the year, saying they are working on my refund. They are now not replying to my emails. I have spoken to Turkish Airlines and they have advised that they are waiting for Mytrip to apply for thr refund. What can i do and what rights do I have? I don't think I had travel insurance for the trip. Any help at all would be much appreciated.
