Foam in roof - thoughts?

So we have spoke to the surveyor about our foam, he said it’s a headache but most of the roof timbers are sound as it’s not been in long. He has said negotiate price based on replacement of tiles, reft etc, replacement of batons, purlins were required, but the trusses are all in good condition as not enclosed. I have spoken to NatWest who are still willing to lend, so we are getting a roof quote (verbally estimated as circa £12k) and are re-negotiating the price. The surveyor also said get rid of it as soon as possible, so the roof will be our first task. To be fair we knew we were taking on a project when we bought though, so it’s slightly different for us.19/7: Sale property on market
