WeSwap 2.0 new app and Launch problems

On 20 November I had an unauthorised charge to my card, in sterling, and I never use the card in sterling, it's purely Euros for foreign travel. I messaged and phoned WeSwap, but they haven't yet responded, 5 days later. I've blocked the card in the meantime. Is there any other route to get this sorted?

And just to add to this I emailed IDT Finance, but they say they are no longer backing WeSwap.

I,ve changed as advised to new app, got my new card ok registered it find, but no money showing when got a balance of over 500 euros, contact by email and said get back to me.

I was unable to use my WeSwap 2.0 card on a recent trip to Crete and also failed to have my funds returned to me via the app. After emailing Alice at WeSwap the money has been returned after a couple of weeks wait.
I hope that this product will recover as the idea is great and they may just be victims of the collapse of travel following the pandemic.
