Just to update, I have just had the money transfered to my Weswap 2 and all is in order, it took 7 working days. hope this helps.0

No luck for me..just chasing shadows ringing and emailing weswap in the hope of getting an answer and getting my money back. Have made a complaint to the FCA..got to wait 3 days for them to get back.Got a bad feeling about all of this.0

Just had a lengthy word salad reply from the FCA....what a waste of time..gave me the WeSwap company details from the FCA register and told me they were unable to investigate..what do they actually do at the FCA??The fight goes on0

I was going to notify the FCA but that's discouraging. I find it a bit mystifying that they aren't interested in a company withholding people's money for what has now been almost three weeks.0

I have made a breakthrough..I have had email contact with a human being at WeSwap and they are refunding me all the money that was on my old card back to my bank account..should be back within 5 working days..will let you know0

Hi I am pleased that at least one person is sorted. My issue is exactly as you have described. money disappeared out of my account and tumbleweed to emails. I signed up for a new card thinking that might help.. not ...and cant easily activate it either. Lets hope slowly but sure we all get sorted, however disappointing that the FSA was not interested.1
