Iv my goodness. People replied but I didn't get an email notification!! So sorry for the late response.
This is what they sent me. So intimidating!! I have buried my head in the sand over Christmas and I got another letter today. What a mess

I suggest asking someone (friend or relative maybe) to help you by reading the 'NEWBIES thread' (some users have the link in their message signature and it used to be a pinned post) and then reading the first page of posts at the start of this thread on page 1 of the comments. @Coupon-mad @Redx and @Umkomaas gave really helpful guidance to me and that should help you also to follow for your situation. It was Horizon when I had the problems and still is by the looks of it.3

Always check here first what to do, before appealing any future private PCN, as the law is changing this year and we'll adapt our wording to suit. Advice will evolve in 2024.
And always complain first to the retailer/landowner.
