No - it's absolutely normal to tick that box - it is what allows her to apply to the court for a financial order, including making an application to ask the court to approve and agreed order, including a clean break order. 

there isn't a similar box on be acknowledgment that you fill in, but it is treated as if there was and you had ticked it, in that you are also free to apply for a financial order, including applying to ask the court to approve an order you've agreed between you, or an order which just provides for a clean break.

So no, nothing to worry about,
