    day 12 today: sad to say my prescription specs didn't turn up so it's ££££ for new ones (appointment tomorrow) due to astigmatism and long sightedness.  :(

    I've acheived 4 more NSDs this makes my target 14/18 NSDs. These were 18, 19, 20 and today 22 September.
