  • 5/12 achieved yesterday.  Been lots of spending recently because of kids getting invited to parties etc.  Really messes with my NSD plans!
Beware of little expenses. A small leak will sink a great ship.
    Debt at highest = £62,842.59 (Dec 2018) - now £40,581.49 (12.08.25)
    Mortgage start Dec 2024 £247,069.59 - now £243,571.35
    Mortgage overpayment total = £300
    Emergency fund £1003.35/£12000

Really fallen off the wagon this month. Sick of wearing clothes I hate and waiting for pregnancies/bf etc to end to sort it out. Been waiting about 5 years!

Anyway, I finally had a massive purge so pretty much everything left is stuff that fits, I like and actually wear. I then needed to fill some gaps for many items that had fallen apart/didn’t fit. I did source them all second hand though.

Feel guilty spending money on myself (which is silly as I never seem to spend any on me), but I feel happy and relaxed when I open my wardrobe now! Back on the wagon tomorrow I promise!

QueenJess, that sounds very reasonable, and it saves a lot of energy and effort having an organized wardrobe, not that I can talk! I need to purge some of my clothes for sure. I'm thinking of investing in some more thermals for the winter though! You have to spend money sometimes, it's a good thing. x
