This is the sign displayed, it says about terms and conditions.. these are not clear here it also says parking in a bay, the bays are not defined there are no bay markings or lines; it does not say parking with out a permit will result in a £100 parking charge notice.

    Could I use this?

Can you tell us more? Can you post a copy of the courts judgement?

    Well done!

Send the Claimant and their solicitor a reminder (copy if the judgment) and state you are about to appoint court bailiffs to extract the money if they fail to pay up within seven days.  Give your sort code & account number & account name.

That's the Judgement, shame these firms don't get a CCJ on their file, not sure if extra costs could be added for recovery

Email Gladstones and say what I advised.

Congrats! That is a great judgment you achieved!
