I have forgot to send my Witness statement & received a letter today that the other party are not attending; the case has been switch to cloud video platform.. have I scored an own goal? or can I still submit my witness statement? the case is on the 6th of May.. Appreciate any advice
The good news is that you have the whole of a long weekend to do so before things get any worse.
I do wonder though... how can anyone forget an upcoming court case?
Do you get so many that it's just another chore?
Write your Witness Statement, gather your evidence and send both to the Court and the Claimant to arrive by first thing Tuesday morning.

You will need to compress the evidence by merging the PDFs into one, then compressing it (free online tool, only do it once you are ready).PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Some of the text is grey and some black, which looks like an obvious cut and paste, so make the text colour the same.
The start is confusing, it says you were just dropping off a charity bag at the start of August 2020 then you say:
"At the start of August 2020 I received a claim notice for £323.23 for allegedly parking twice at Dobson Road car park".
That can't be right. You can't have got a 'claim' the same month as parking. You mean a parking charge notice. And how could they have sent two if you only went there once?
You then talk about a 20 minute free parking period that you haven't explained (i.e. what 20 min free parking period, is that advertised on the entrance sign?) and you talk about staying there 35 minutes...how can a driver be on site 35 minutes dropping off a charity bag? Are you talking about a second event?
Are there two PCNs?
