Hi All,
Received comms from the court, the case apparently is suitable for allocation to the multi-track... the claim is less than £500 is this an error from the court or directions by the claimant? Thanks0 -
If it is an error write a robust letter of complaint to the court, copied to your MP.You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2

The good news is that you have the whole of a long weekend to do so before things get any worse.
I do wonder though... how can anyone forget an upcoming court case?
Do you get so many that it's just another chore?4 -

Do you get so many that it's just another chore?), but seriously thanks, the letter I received had so much jargon, did not even spot the WS deadline. The letter suggested in bold the hearing will be at XX magistrates court & in light font it states that the hearing will be via CVP. Secondly, the court letter states to send the WS 14 days before the hearing .. so in my case I can still send it?
Thirdly Glads have withdrawn any representation for their client UKCPM and has asked the court to make a decision in their absence, they have not sent any documents as stated in the letter
"Each party must deliver to the other party and to the court office copies of all documents on which that party intends to rely at the hearing no later than 14 days before the hearing (the only documents that are in possession of the court is our defence )
Really appreciate your advice on next steps0
