And neither £2.45 nor £2.55 is half of £5  ;)
You just couldn't make it up.

    A technical error, Sir !
Now there's only the expected Plan:
    Exclusive Monthly Plan £4.90
Renews on 29 September 2021 from your stored payment method
Your plan renews at £2.55 for the next 2 months. From 28 November 2021, standard price of £5.00 will be charged.
    Errr!  Why the extra 10p?
    Surely half of 4.90 is 2.45 not 2.55 ??

Now I'm off the MSE entry deal, Lebara are charging £5.00 for their "Exclusive Monthly Plan £4.90"
Oh, and after many 0345 calls made - all have been charged at £0.00.

    Lebara Logic.... :/
  • But hasn't it been £5.00 always for their monthly plan?

No.  The clue is in the tariff's name:

The answer to this is yes and no - it depends where you clicked through from to sign up:

They have a base £5 monthly plan (2GB data, 1000 minutes and 1000 texts) which has been £5 for some time.

They also offer a range of exclusive plans at 'around' the £5pm mark, depending on where you click through from to sign up, so currently you could get 3GB data and unlimited calls and texts from Lebara for either; £4.90, £4.95 or £4.99 per month (after any initial discounted months). 2GB of data and unlimited calls and texts is also currently available for £5 a month from them, while 3GB data and unlimited calls and texts has previously been available from them for £5 a month.

Had to contact them to get a download of a full history of usage.

Yeah, there's a link.  No, it doesn't work.

So, raised the issue and I got my 10p back - well, that is what they said they will do.

They emailed the full history very promptly.  Shome mishtake, shurely?
