This is from my Santander transactions:

And this is how it arrived in Skipton

I've just logged into my Skipton app  and tried to make my September payment into my Regular Saver via an internal payment today but it's still being rejected saying the payment isn't allowed.
I have just had a strange issue with an internal transfer too.  I attempted a transfer from the Bonus Saver to the Regular Saver, by opening the Bonus Saver and selecting the 'Transfer to another account' option.  The Regular Saver did not show up as an option to send money to.  So I went to the Regular Saver, which for some reason shows 'There are restrictions on this account'.  But I selected the option 'Move money to this account' and I was then able to receive money from the Bonus Saver.  So I can make the transfer if I initiate from the Regular Saver, but not from the Bonus Saver.

Two standing orders left the same Santander account to two Skipton regular savers on 1/9.

One arrived safely into my wifes Regular Saver dated 1/9.

The other s/o to my Skipton Regular has still not appeared.

Checked account no. sortcode and ref and they are all 100% correct.

Trying to call them now to  sort out.

edit: whilst waiting to be connected, I refreshed my skipton and it appeared, (11:26) dated 1/9.

Guess they are manually adding the money into accounts. Ones dated 31/8 could be human error.

Both mine & my partner's transfers from Santander by standing order today have arrived in our Skipton accounts and show in "Recent Transactions" with today's date (1-Sep).

Surely you've been on this forum long enough to know that they can't :D
In my case, looks OK with £500 in there, £250 from 17th August and a £250 SO on 1st September
    Retired 1st July 2021.
    This is not investment advice.
Your money may go "down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... down and up and down and up and down and up and down ... I got all tricked up and came up to this thing, lookin' so fire hot, a twenty out of ten..."

Just read today's posts and thought I had better check mine.

Balance is £500 with £250 SO being paid in today and dated 1st September.

Why would I try again if my September payment has already been made?
