Hi- drink plenty of water, sounds mad for water retention but you need to keep hydrated....do as above have said cut out fizzy drinks/caffeine/fatty foods/white bread pasta etc. And do some exercise/keep active!

I wouldnt squash into corsets etc if you are feeling bloated-that gives me a worse stomach ache! And then i feel even more umcomfortable.

If youre due on the bloated feeling shouldnt last too long anyway.

Plenty of fruit n veg, oily fish and salads are good, i like to make and drink fruit smoothies too to help at that time of the month/bloating.

For some reason this month i havent had any bloating, but terrible mood swings! My poor hubby is keeping quiet and trying his best to avoid me lol!

I know exactly how it feels, every month I just seem to swell up instantly like one of those puffer fish! Just try and stay away from anything wheat-based and stick to fresh veg, meat and fish. Make sure you do have plenty of fruit, veg and water as well, as if you're anything like me you feel a little constipated as well (I know, TMI :rotfl: ). Fingers crossed for you!
