Missold car hire insurance

Unfortunately at times we need lives lessons and have to admit its our own fault rather than looking for a back door to try and escape the consequences of our actions. £301 isnt great but other peoples stories are £25,000+ so better learn now than have worse experience in the future.roker73 said:

Did you even bother to read the T&Cs before you paid for it?roker73 said:No I didn’t read the agreement as it all been paid beforehand .
Read documents before you sign them or dont complain afterwards if you've signed up to something you didn't want... the Motor & Insurance forum here are littered with stories of people taking on credit hire after an accident because they didn't bother to read what they were signing and just "assumed" the hire car being delivered was a courtesy car.
Well over half the time when people say "no one told me" and you play the recording... they had been told and so clearly weren't listening.
I only wish I was as sensible as you0 -
If you just signed and didn't read anything, I hate to say it but this is probably just an expensive lesson.
You signed the document with the charges on, you chose not to read it - and in doing so were hooked for the add-ons.0 -
We’ve all got choices. You chose not to read it. He’s not the one £300 down.roker73 said:
