A "normal" card is not designed to keep overwriting the data and quickly fails.

This must be why I had issues with the 2 x nextbase cameras I have.
Both had very good quality SD cards, but both failed and were displaying 'reformat card' errors that I couldn't fix.
So both cameras chucked in a cupboard and not bothered again.

The OP said they wanted a camera front and back so they could want them to be discrete, but the answer is clearly two dashcams.  Most dashcams are discreet.  Hence why I'm not sure what the OP means.

I agree, 
It seems a lot of people place their cameras in places where they can see the screens as they drive.
Surely the screens should only be referred to if something happens.
