Does the OP have legal cover with their home insurance, or part of a package bank account or similar?
This would be easy for them to conclude satisfactorily.0 -
Click on the cog at the RH side of the blue bar at the top of your post. Unfortunately someone has copied it but don't worry I don't think you'll get shot.lordrah1m said:How do I edit my post to remove my mobile number?Sorry I can't think of anything profound, clever or witty to write here.0 -
I will have to do some research on AOS. Never done such a thing before. As for home insurance we have family legal protection. I have also been told I could get free legal advice and given Solicitors.lawsociety.org.uk0

Now that I've seen the advert I can't see anything in it that represents any misinformation on the sellers part, just wait for the CCCF if it ever comes and take it from there.0

No advice really needed yet unless you receive a CCCF in the next few days (which I highly doubt) but if you wanted a heads up on how to deal with any Court claim you might?? receive then take a good look at the parking sub forum, plenty of advice on there on what to do and when to do it and all the acronyms regarding Court proceedings are on there as well.lordrah1m said:I will not respond as stated by the majority.
