Apologies. I missed the date of the event being cancelled.
But might just scrape in as you have asked for the date. 👍 So long as it's after 20 April as OP has stated as that is today. Need to allow bank a few day to get process started.

As to resolver. They are only a 3rd party and have no power to do anything.
But can a chargeback work off the rescheduled date or is it purely the original date of the performance?

I'd imagine there's a pretty big loophole if it's the rescheduled date?  What's to stop an organiser from just rescheduling forever?

The OP could have charged back when it was rescheduled initially.
Each accepted reschedule could effectively extend the 120 days up to the max of 540 days from the initial payment.

On which grounds? The organizers were not offering any refunds back then (March 2020) and insisted the concert will take place in November 2020 (which it didn't).

The chargeback rules I've seen don't say that, which is why I asked born_again about it.

On the grounds the service paid for was not provided (the concert taking place in March.)

Yes. It will go from the date of the event, even if rescheduled.
So the longer it goes on the more likely that 540 day limit will be reached. After that as far as card regulation go, that is it.

Which does make me wonder if that is what the company with whom the OP purchased the tickets is doing.  By refusing to acknowledge the event is cancelled they are pushing the OP closer to that date.

Hopefully the OP has the proof from the event organiser. Which would counter any rejection by eventbright.

But until the op comes back with a confirmed date of cancelation by the event organiser, which is within 120 days it make no difference.

But the event was supposed to take place in March 2020 so it would be time-barred, no?

But surely it doesn't matter if its not cancelled, they have to offer a refund for rescheduled dates as you didn't choose the date & might not be able to make it.
