Concert cancelled - how to get a refund for concert tickets

As to resolver. They are only a 3rd party and have no power to do anything.
I'd imagine there's a pretty big loophole if it's the rescheduled date? What's to stop an organiser from just rescheduling forever?0 -

So the longer it goes on the more likely that 540 day limit will be reached. After that as far as card regulation go, that is it.Life in the slow lane0 -

But surely it doesn't matter if its not cancelled, they have to offer a refund for rescheduled dates as you didn't choose the date & might not be able to make it.0
