Have they? Or are you just copying from another case where a landowner agreement had already been put into evidence?

Thanks for spotting. I've not received the claimants WS yet. However, I have seen this has been done in a previous case and have therefore included this for now (highlighted for me to amend accordingly) should the claimant append this.
