There's certainly nothing wrong with the details that would scare buyers off. As you say, it's all down to supply vs demand...
Yet again, the estate agent provides no details of the length of the lease, the service charges and ground rent. Surely people looking at flats would want this information when making a short list of all the properties they want to view.3 -
This one on the same building is 20k cheaper and its a penthouse with a larger balcony

Imo is and will be more attractive for someone looking in the area, can you reduce a bit below this one op to gain interest over this one?0 -
I dont get people saying interest in flats are not there anymore. I been looking since March and not many go on sale and stay on sale in the areas I am looking at. If you look at areas where there are mix of houses and flats and compare that to areas where its mostly flats then its not a simple comparison. I am back at looking at buying a 1 bed flat after my purchase fell through so now it will be 7 months I been looking for. There just is not anyone willing to sell at the moment unless there are issues with property like cladding.

PropertyLog is showing plenty of 25k and 50k price reductions for the area.0

Lease length, ground rent and service charges are very much factors in the value of a flat and should always be included in the listings. What is worse though is when you phone the agents and they don't have the information! They will tell you that your solicitors will check all that once your offer is agreed! It really ought to be a legal requirement, like an EPC.2 -
