Hey,
Thank you.So I am doing the email to the DPO for the change of address.I am basically writing in the subject field:
Correction NoticeThen my previous number plate with a bit of narrative.
I know longer own this vehicle and as such I am unable to supply a V5 certificate (I have included my new address). I have included 2 utility bills.
I have also written please erase any previous addresses from your database.
Please confirm proof that this has been actioned via email.Does this sound ok?? I am going to do the SAR aswell.0 -
Data rectification notice , not correction notice
Make sure that the redacted utility bills are recent , so bank statements , council tax bills , inland revenue letter or similar , no photo I D though , so no passport or driving licence1 -
Hey,
Okay thank you I really appreciate the advice.
Just trying to go through the newbies post to get the SARS template.1 -
Hey, I have drafted the SAR template but presumably I can’t send that until the DPO has actioned my change of address?
Does this seem ok?Subject access request - SAR ( Data Protection Act 2018 / General Data Protection Regulations)
name
address
Please find attached the relevant documents in support of this request.
Please supply all of the data about me that I am entitled to under data protection law relating to myself.
This needs to include, but not exhaustive of, any photos taken, all letters sent to me and received from me, a full copy of all PCNs and NTK and any PCNs outstanding.
May I remind you that any claim must be for all PCNs and not separate PCNs.
It may be helpful for you to know that data protection law requires you to respond to a request for data within one calendar month.
If you do not normally deal with these requests, please pass this letter to your Data Protection Officer, or relevant staff member. If you need advice on dealing with this request, the Information Commissioner’s Office can assist you. Its website is ico.org.uk or it can be contacted on 0303 123 1113.Many thanksKind regards0 -
Send it at the same time as rectifying the address, it's all going to the same person.
I really hope you have done the Government Consultation and objected absolutely to ANY debt recovery fake 'costs' being added on top of a parking charge.
Also, I hope you've also registered for the Group Action, against the DVLA.
Read the threads about those.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hey,
Okay thank you.So I did the change of address and they messaged back saying contact DCBL as it has been passed to them.
I obviously didn’t contact them. I wrote back to the DPO at the parking company and asked them to action my original request (to update my address). However, I have also done the SAR which came back super quick! I only sent it on Monday. However, there is no NTKs, only the dates of the PCNs on their database, pictures of my car in the car park, and dates that they allegedly sent out the PCNS.There is also no correspondence from the Employer regarding adding me to their car park list (originally an incorrect number plate was supplied to them). No correspondence that my correct number plate was then added onto the system. My understanding of the SAR was that they had to send everything?Any suggestions on how I proceed next. As I have never received the NTK? Originally that could have been because of my address (which I have to take full responsibility) for.The dates on the PCNs from DCBL are all incorrect and don’t even match up to the dates the car park holds? Also according to the SAR there are another 9 outstanding PCNs. I have not received any documentation relating to this and these occurred in 2017. Whereas, the letters from DCBL relate to 2018.
If anyone could offer any advice I would really appreciate it.0 -
The first postal PCN is the NTK !! Simples !!
A SAR should give you all of your own data , so if documents were submitted which you did not receive in the SAR reply , you would complain to the ICO and the court
Just deal with what is in front of you0 -
Hey,
Thank you.
There is no record of the NTK? It just lists dates that the PCNs were allegedly sent.
So they would have to supply that documentation?
I will complain to them and advise that information is missing such as being added onto the car park list and emails from the Employer.
The parking company stipulated that there was 19 pcns but now this has jumped to a lot more.Thank you for your reply1 -

For info , the first postal PCN following the incident date is the NTK , the official invoice
It may not mention NTK , probably says parking charge notice ( PCN ) , but is commonly referred to as the Notice To Keeper , or NTK
No PCN proof means no legal invoice , no invoice ? No claim
Paperwork works both ways , as does lack of1 -

If they don't have that documentation then of course they cannot send copies to you.
It follows from that that they will have great difficulty getting a charge to stick if they cannot show that they have jumped through all the hoops. I.e. No notice to driver issued? No notice to keeper issued?3
