Premier Park LTD and now onto ZZPS

  • Another update letter...
This time it's been passed on to QDR Solicitors demanding £182 (up from ZZPS demanding £170 a month ago).
So now QDR are saying debt has been passed on from ZZPS who are acting on behalf of Premier Park.
Wow it's hard to keep up, whoever next?

Failure to pay debt will be passed over to our litigation department, this may mean they will look to obtain a CCJ.

    Yawn.

Don't fall asleep on QDR, they have issued one or two claims in recent weeks.

What timescale have they given you for making payment?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Sorry didn't get a notification someone had replied.

So you know it’s not a LBC then, as per the NEWBIES thread that explains the difference in the 2nd post.

ZZPS and QDR go hand in hand, QDR always add a extra £12 and this was fully expected from any ZZPS case.

Another day another letter just over 2 weeks from the last one from QDR asking for £182 payment within 14 days.
It looks like all the time, effort and postage costs since Feb 2018 must be worth the potential end game?

They know full well that that £182 includes unlawful amounts so complain about them to the SRA.

It's not worth it for them as we usually win.  But they keep trying.

ZZPS and QDR are 2 seperate companies owned by different people (on paper at least!). So what is the score with ZZPS passing on details to QDR (as I and other people have done SARs to the PPCs and discovered they never dealt  with QDR at any time or passed our details to QDR!).  So what is the score re: ZZPS handing your data onto a 3rd party "Legal" without the consent/ knowledge of you or thr PPC or DVLA for that matter?

Its worth mentioning in thr SRA complaint at the very least.  What give the PPC's contractor the right to give away on our details to another private company?!? 🤔
