You will be better off asking a board guide to move this discussion/thread to the parking sub-forum. Ignore debt collectors but do not ignore letter before/of claim (they should give you 30 days and the financial forms - but you don't fill those in - rather than 14 days). Do not ignore a N1 court claim pack from CCBC.4

Debt + initial legal costs.. £160
These are amost certainly unlawful. Judges have dismjssed entire clains becaused of this, read thisExcel v Wilkinson
At the Bradford County Court, District Judge Claire Jackson (now HHJ Jackson, a Specialist Civil Circuit Judge) decided to hear a 'test case' a few months ago, where £60 had been added to a parking charge despite Judges up and down the country repeatedly disallowing that sum and warning parking firms not to waste court time with such spurious claims. That case was Excel v Wilkinson: G4QZ465V, heard in July 2020 and leave to appeal was refused and that route was not pursued. The Judge concluded that such claims are proceedings with 'an improper collateral purpose'. This Judge - and others who have since copied her words and struck dozens of cases out in late 2020 and into 2021 - went into significant detail and concluded that parking operators (such as this Claimant) are seeking to circumvent CPR 27.14 as well as breaching the Consumer Rights Act 2015. DJ Hickinbottom has recently struck more cases out in that court area, stating: ''I find that striking out this claim is the only appropriate manner in which the disapproval of the court can be shown''.

Shame really that the left hand does not work with the right hand in the parking industry
BWL said in 2019 ..Debt + initial legal costs.. £160
WRONG the amount is "£100 ... THE OTHER £60 IS DOUBLE RECOVERY ....
Have a read of this >>>
ABUSE OF PROCESS ....
https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6103933/abuse-of-process-thread-part-2
And then from ZZPS >>> Pay £100 parking charge and £70 admin fee
admin fee v initial legal costs , you could not make this rubbish up
WHOOPS ZZPS ARE WRONG AS WELL. But, as said and is common practice, YOU IGNORE THE POWERLESS ZZPS

PP have 6 years to issue a court claim pack from the CCBC in Northampton2

Had very similar happen to me recently as well.
Same start, passed to BWL, who I spanked in court, then all quiet, until a threat-o-gram from DR+.
Duly filed under "I", just awaiting the next wonderous missive..
Yeah, got some tickets left over due to miscommunication between work place and PP, but that's an even more boring story..Signature Space for Rent
Don't be confused by the low post count on this account, I've been around many years.....4 -
Pay £100 parking charge and £70 admin fee
They have added what appears to be an extra unlawful amount for debt coolection. Judges have dismissed an entire claim because this. Read thus and complain to your MP.

Thanks for all info and links.
It's just over the last 2 years we'd forgotten all about this and suddenly another letter appears.
Don't forget they linked paperwork they sent us to my previous thread on PP, so they may still be watching.
To be fair we don't mind, we've still got info, statements etc, ready to go if they want to try court.1 -
Let them watch, at least they will know with whom they joust. Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.2
