Let them watch, at least they will know with whom they joust.  Have you complained to your MP?
I've never had much faith in MPs to be honest, they could have cleared this lot up years ago if they'd have wanted to.

Even so, surely it is worth a try.

    Update.......
Another letter from ZZPS, saying the debt remains unpaid, and should you ignore this letter we will pass the matter onto QDR Solicitors which could result in legal action where legal fees and statutory interest would be added to what is already being claimed. If litigation commences and you should lose at court, whereby a judgment or decree is obtained then this may significantly affect your credit rating. We would strongly urge you to contact us or make payment via our website.

I'm impressed with the words - should, could, would, if, should (again), may, would (again).

It's been over 3 1/2 years, surely they ought have begun court proceedings by now?
How long do they drag things on?

They lie .   They cannot pass the letter to solicitors, only the PPC can do that.    Ignore them.

Thanks for all info and links.

Don't forget they linked paperwork they sent us to my previous thread on PP, so they may still be watching.
To be fair we don't mind, we've still got info, statements etc, ready to go if they want to try court.
WHO CARES ?   they have to learn from somewhere ?

ZZPS owner/ MD and BPA director Gary Osner boasting:

"I created the model of ‘admin fees’ for debt recovery because ticket value was so low that nobody would make any money. Parking is business and business is about money, after all".

    https://parkmaven.com/news/gary-osner-zzps-interview

Which is prime evidence that this is blatant Double Recovery - which countless County Court judges have struck as an abuse of process in many states cases such as the above mentioned Excel vs Wilkinson. ZZPS, DCBL, OPS, Excel/ VCS etc etc all know, but keep pushing for!

This sums up their industries whole outlook and the PPC's:
"There are always going to be people who want to get something for nothing, fortunately for us! They’ll want to park in disabled bays, parent-child bays, and so on"
Which just proves the point they don't want car park management at all it isn't profitable.

That sounds like the private parking industry as a whole (and parasite parking charge chasers like ZZPS) with their creative manipulation of the rules and other tricks literally generating a "breach" so they can suck their teeth into the public for money they ate not actually entitled to nor ever lost. His Adding of phantom fees is proof! Oh the irony!!!
