I've had a message telling me that £200 has been held from my pending funds due to a credit card chargeback. Ebay asked me to upload proof via photo that the item I sold was the actual item. I was unable to upload or write anything as well. The buyer in question has raised a dispute (charge back) with their credit card…

eBay buyer has refused to accept the issue and blames everyone but themselves. They have asked me to stop contacting them as they believe I am harassing them, I have only contacted them twice! They have responded to the County Court claim and have asked for mediation, which I have agreed to. I am now waiting for a date for this.
