Not complained to MP do i have time, would this stop CCJ0

You don't have a CCJ yet. And you wouldn't get one anyway - even if you lost a court claim - as long as you paid it off in the allotted time.muppetboy1 said:Not complained to MP do i have time, would this stop CCJ
Writing to your MP will not stop the PPC raising/following through with a court claim ... you need to create your own defence. Guidance for this was mentioned a few posts back.Jenni x3 -
No CCJ unless you lose at court AND don't then pay. Months or years away. In the meantime, feedback your views on this industry here before Friday.

So i think defence is sorted, is it best to post this with N9B ? I did AOS online can you just change at this point or do i need to follow online. Anything else I could have missed ?

It is best to email the defence as a pdf attachment to the ccbcaq email address listed in the defence template thread , before 4 pm today. !
KeithP has already told you this on 11th August back on page 1of this thread
Nothing is done on the MCOL website
Nothing is posted
Email only , check for auto receipt email reply in your inbox folder and spam folder , showing that they have received it and have sent an email acknowledgement back
Do it today before 4 pm1 -

Hi so i posted my defence and go confirmation letter that they had received from the court on 31st Aug, it states that if the claimant does not contact the court 28 days after getting a copy of my defence its stayed.
Does this 28 days just cover working days since ?
Thanks

The CCBC sent you a letter saying the Claimant had twenty eight days to consider your Defence. What you don't know is when the CCBC sent a copy of your Defence to the Claimant. It follows from that that it is not known when the Claimant has to respond to the CCBC.Further, we don't know what delays there are in the CCBC that means they don't send you a DQ as promptly as you might like. Can I suggest that you keep checking your MCOL Claim History and as soon as you see that the CCBC has sent a DQ to you, you are ready to download a DQ, complete it and fire it back to the CCBC, remembering to send a copy to the Claimant of course.3
