Date of issue 9th aug 2021, why five day after that date ?Fruitcake said:What is the issue date of your claim form?
Do not do the AoS until after day five of that date.
Read the guide to court written by bargepole that you will find in the second post of the NEWBIES Announcement.
Use the defence template from the sticky Announcements and show us your modified paragraphs 2 and 3.
What happened when you complained to the landowner?Never tried landowner, how do you find that info. Will read sticky thanks all
Umkomaas posts his advice on how to find out landowner details regularly on here , check his posts in his profile©️Umkomaas 02/21 !! 🤓1. Google searches2. If a retail park, check on any signage which lists the on-site outlets3. Ask retailers on the site if there is a managing agent4. Ask retailers on the site to whom do they pay rent5. Contact the local authority and ask who pays the non-domestic/business rate for the car park (some councils have a spreadsheet on their website)6. Contact the local Valuation Office and ask if they know. They often have a website which might provide the information7. Contact The Land Registry and for around £3 they should be able to provide definitive detail8. If you haven't already done so, give us the name of the car park, we may have seen other cases there.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I have done my AOS but being severely dyslexic could do with paying someone to help on defence.
Anyone this forum would recommend
Thanks0 -
We would never recommend paying random people to help with a parking issue, just stick around on the forum and you will get help/advice for free. If you receive PMs from anyone offering paid help, check out their record on the forum before accepting it or better still, DON'T accept.2

We are not allowed to recommend businesses or people , it's against forum rules !!
Fistral beach is now Initial Parking , but has been other parking companies previously , like Smart Parking and Parking Eye , a well known trap site
We think the surf shop may be the landowner2 -
Cornish car parks will be very busy in Summer. There will be queues to pay, long waits to find spaces, and sometimes queues to leave, None of this is parking and should not be paid for. Sometimes a complaint to Trading Standards may be merited. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

ok so need help where to start with defence with buying wrong ticket/car park on just park, as i say i am dyslexic and trying to read and understand all the bits just is not working its so complex0
-
Being dyslexic is a mitigating circumstance and won't work as a defence; you need a set of legal/technical arguments such as signage or failure of the parking app. Start your defence by looking at the template which is one of the first five announcements on page one of the forum. Then search the forum for other posters who have bought ticket for wrong car park. You could introduce the dyslexia (as a short point in your defence after paragraph 2 & 3) and then expand upon it in your witness statement.2
