I bought a led mask - with near infra red and also a remote and loads of led lamps (more than Dr DG and Current B*DY) from T*mu the online place .. and its fantastic - got it for £80 .. the ones that are w/out near infrared are only £13-£20 - my friend has one and loves it .. but I wanted to go for max led lights to speed up results
I have been using it for 3 weeks now and my skin is definitely glowing and looks great - apparently will take up to 3 months to see wrinkle changes as that comes from the skin renewing itself. Either way I am very happy I have got it - i can wash up in it or lie down and chill
I also bought a face wand but thats more of a faff as you have to actually move over your skin - but I have a feeling it also tightens face - again from T*mu at a 10th of the UK prices...DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)

Glad the stew worked out okay.
The face mask sounds fab. I'm not sure I'd cope with something like that on. I feel claustrophobic at the best of times.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

@DrCarrie T E M U is the online app - they deliver from Spain (Chinese made) so takes a few days to arrive vs weeks - I know Beanielou said they had a bad experience - but so far I have ordered probably 10 packages and all arrived safe and everything has been fine. I was awary of trying them but my friend uses them all the time w/out issues.
I can dm you the links or just look on the app - either go for a led mask for £15-£20 - you basically want the red mainly but the more led lights the better or go up to the £80+ mark and have lots more led lights, a remote and Near infrared which is proven to increase healing - though my Chinese friend who got me onto T E M U has the £15 one and his skin is insane ..
So v MSE as any skincare (serums moisturisers etc) you use after it (you use the led mask on clean dry skin) absorbs much deeper - google the led mask benefits.. I am not sure why I waited so long to get one.. it is proven to increase collagen production and density etc.
I saw a friend of mine yesterday as I had ordered a led mask for her and she spent half an hour just staring at my skin and banging on about how I look like I have had a vampire facial, my skin looks incredible and like baby skin so clear and fresh - we went on holiday together in August so she has seen me loads without makeup etc.
I had one sun spot on my cheek and in 3 weeks of led mask use it is half the size and not as dark so will report when it disappears + I also think my face looks like it is tightening up round the jawline. So I wouldnt waste £480 on DR DG - try the cheaper ones. my LED has more lights v Dr DG..
I am also loving the face wand thing but that you do have to wander over your face -takes 5 mins - as opposed to the mask..
@savingholmes mine is loose and rather than a fixed mask it is food grade silicon so it has gaps around mouth eyes and nose and flexible so.

Update on Oct so far
Hse deposit Current £108,867.74 - Sept saved £411.23 /£1319.73 (and £320 into SIPP in Sept)
Oct saving so far £270.51/£1132.26 (to hit £110k)
I got £20.51 interest in my H2B monthly plus £49 moving today as from unspent Sept pots to savings for house - my Long term pots remain untouched. Plus £200 monthly h2b dd
H2B isa is nearly at £11k - £10,998.56so near the £12k max I can add for the govt £3k uplift (if i buy under £450k in london)
Adding the £49 to Prem Bonds as markets still collapsing a bit - so round up to £50
No PB wins this month sadly - i had £100 in July and also Aug ...
Due to being SE I do have other monies in current acct but need those as a float due to irregular payments so I dont count that. I think I need to get up to a separate EF fund again of £2k say and all excess gets saved as otherwise I use my slushfund for other items eg the gym £380 last month which I hadnt saved for, i had started a gym pot but then spent it elsewhere..
Minimalism Game 4/4 - doing well here - i have started clock back on Oct 1st so I can remember how many items per day - got loads of paperwork so easy to do but I am also using loads of cosmetics/creams down and then either recycling in the B*ots scheme or if I have cut the top of tubes to get to excess product then decluttering as I go.
It is the daily mindset of lets declutter a couple things.
I have way too much old makeup even though I decluttered it all in one little drawer set..
I am thinking if I am moving in 6 - 12 months then minimalism game of doing the full month so 1 item day 1, 2/day 2 = 465 items a month - so if I can action that even when I am travelling thats 1395 items in 3 months and 2790 in 6 months, and 4185 items in 9 months - so perfect to move 4185 less items into my new home!
Gym - 0/4 not good Day 4 of October and managed 0 gym so far ... busy but I need to go to bed earlier so I can go first thing - I went Saturday but not Sunday
Invoice chase - i have sent all info and am pushing for these invoices to get paid down as its stopping me buying .. so I will get a chunk this month at least to squirrel away - issue is that as S&S markets are coming down - and I pay tax on interest due to my hse deposit I have been adding to S&S isa (my cash isa is used up by my H2B isa til April 2024) so I think I will add most savings now to my Premium bonds instead as the time frame for the markets to bounce is narrowing.
Waiting to get paid more so I can do my full pots but have moved the main travel/food/entertainment pots already as those I spend from daily
NSD 0/4 Not happening so far
Sunday I went for lunch with friends but they had a voucher which covered food so I just paid a tip, Monday and Tuesday saw other friends for a drink
Entertainment £47.20 spent/£250 Oct goal - I have a big family bday so need to pay for dinner
Grocery - £28.53/£200 + £0/74.51 bulk
my friend sent me a free box for Hello Fr*sh - had to pay £4.99 postage but I added extra box so £10.49 for 4 days of meals - each meal is for 2) - arrives Sunday so looking forward to that for a change - will buy extra greens and chicken etc to bulk it out for next week. Only issue is I think the portions look small so I may well be eating my 2 servings as one meal !
Not planning to continue hello - its then a 10% discount ...
Bulk I add £50 a month for the bigger bulk items .. £74.51 is now in there plus i have a £10 wait*** voucher I bought to try to get Cashback which does not seem to have tracked ... hmm
Travel - I have another work trip planned so need to now see if my side hustle thing can work still. Its doable but tight so .. I do have some CB due from that which is great as well .. I do love moving CB into my house savings acct
I also have to look at some hotels as may be another work trip but hotels v expensive in the area at the time..
Comping - just won 2 self tan items - may keep one and one for xmas gift. Comping is good for the Xmas stocking pile so need to get that moving again..
Frogs to eat in Oct
driving license renew
Paye
NI - added extra and was missing info but its not showing up!
