Yes the throw arrived and its beyond fabulous - it also does not moult on my new sofa as well. Lovely to snuggle under it

I bought a led mask - with near infra red and also a remote and loads of led lamps  (more than Dr DG and Current B*DY) from T*mu the online place .. and its fantastic - got it for £80 .. the ones  that are w/out near infrared are only £13-£20 - my friend has one and loves it .. but I wanted to go for max led lights to speed up results
I have been using it for 3 weeks now and my skin is definitely glowing and looks great - apparently will take up to 3 months to see wrinkle changes as that comes from the skin renewing itself. Either way I am very happy I have got it - i can wash up in it or lie down and chill

I also bought a face wand but thats more of a faff as you have to actually move over your skin - but I have a feeling it also tightens face - again from T*mu at a 10th of the UK prices...

    I don’t use freezer labels, I use a black sharpie 😀
I don't use anything, I just go by what it looks like 🤣

I'm still puzzling over the concept of leftover red wine though....🤔🤷‍♀️
Made me smile on the wine

    We use a red Sharpie
    Made me smile too...

I'm with South Coast and just go with hope and recognition!!
My pray and hope was fine but then stews all look the same frozen as do soup vs stock .... may try a Sharpie though ;)

Yes I am not sure why I went with freezing red wine either vs drinking it ! Must have been on some weird health kick

Glad the stew worked out okay.

The face mask sounds fab. I'm not sure I'd cope with something like that on. I feel claustrophobic at the best of times.

  • @DrCarrie T E M U is the online app - they deliver from Spain (Chinese made) so takes a few days to arrive vs weeks - I know Beanielou said they had a bad experience  - but so far I have ordered probably 10 packages and all arrived safe and everything has been fine. I was awary of trying them but my friend uses them all the time w/out issues.

I can dm you the links or just look on the app - either go for a led mask for £15-£20 - you basically want the red mainly but the more led lights the better  or go up to the £80+ mark and have lots more led lights, a remote and Near infrared which is proven to increase healing - though my Chinese friend who got me onto T E M U has the £15 one and his skin is insane ..
So v MSE as any skincare (serums moisturisers etc)  you use after it (you use the led mask on clean dry skin) absorbs much deeper - google the led mask benefits.. I am not sure why I waited so long to get one.. it is proven to increase collagen production and density etc.

I saw a friend of mine yesterday as I had ordered a led mask for her and she spent half an hour just staring at my skin and banging on about how I look like I have had a vampire facial, my skin looks incredible and like baby skin so clear and fresh -  we went on holiday together in August so she has seen me loads without makeup etc.
I had one sun spot on my cheek and in 3 weeks of led mask use  it is half the size and not as dark so will report when it disappears + I also think my face looks like it is tightening up round the jawline. So I wouldnt waste £480 on DR DG - try the  cheaper ones. my LED has more lights v  Dr DG..

I am also loving the face wand thing but that you do have to wander over your face -takes 5 mins -  as opposed to the mask..

@savingholmes mine is loose and rather than a fixed mask it is food grade silicon so it has gaps around mouth eyes and nose and flexible so.

Sounds good I’m glad you’re back on track. I tried Hello Fresh and I was impressed with the portion sizes so was my friends who tried it too. Enjoy
