You are a good advocate for the mask. Definitely got me thinking. I need to apply moisturiser full stop - never mind fancy gizmos. I remember sporadically.
Definitely chase those invoices.
I'm decluttering again - slightly by proxy. My cleaner binned 2 bags of stuff from the garage today as I let her make the call on what could go. She's left me 2 boxes of books to look through and decide if they should stay or go.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

I'm now wanting the LED maskMade it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!3 -

Good for skin health as well and lovely to feel you have healthy happy glowy skin at any age
My one face sun spot is now 2/3rds its size and much smaller - I have also been using the no7 F*ture Ren*w serum on my face since May but am seeing a far quicker deduction in it s size and pigmentation since I started the led maskdawnybabes said:I loved the hello fresh boxes, the meals for 4 fed 3 here (but DS has hollow legs) I used to serve one and freeze oneGochujang Glazed Chicken Rice Bowl with kimchi

@savingholmes - sorry
FACE WAND - I am also loving my new face wand which has now arrived - even though this takes a bit more effort .. it was also £13 and you need this gel - £10-£15 as well... but annoyingly it does feel like my face is lifting - only tried it 3 times so far though so still testing that one - the current glow is def from the led mask and I think my forehead lines do look a bit less pronounced.
Face wand is a Face Lifting Mini Facial Radio Frequency Machine Ultrasound Lifting RF High Frequency Skin Rejuvenation Hifu Machine!
I probably dont need it as well as led mask but I am going for both and give them a decent 6 months test
NSD 1/5 - £5 spent from my treats/entertainment budget
I went to college today so bought a coffee and some crisps/nuts from t*sco - I received v complimentary comments on my taste level for my college work from 3 fellow students today which was encouraging! Its making me look at my work differently - some of the tutors processes are not working for me ..as I am largely self taught so worked out my own methods but I am trying everything they asking.. and learning new things whilst also affirming my own skill level..
Tomorrow I am off to see a play - i have 2 free tix for that so taking a friend as it was his bday recently. So we will be having a couple drinks...
WFH in day and get some frogs done PLUS need to get to gym first thing or else I know it wont happen..
Need to find 4 more things to declutter before bed to hit my 5/5 today

KKMusic production stuff so compliments related to that and also a photoshop course as designing some art stuff
It would have been 4 courses but the garment construction course was full but on list for January by which time the PSD shop will be finished. I am away though for work travel in 2 weeks though so will miss some stuff but good to learn and remind myself I have a lot of experience and training in certain areas...
Not to suggest I am obsessed at all with this led mask but this morning was another
'Mirror Mirror on the wall, who has the fairest skin of all'
I think tiny elves (or Barbie fairy princesses) spent their night gently polishing my skin with rose petals and sprinkling it with oils from Mount Olympus - its unbelievable -
I used it in bed last night before sleeping and once it finished I then added my serum/night cream which was ready on the night stand and slept ..
I am not using v expensive serums or creams - I like The Ordinary and also the no7 Future Renew -
I am looking forward to seeing how my friends skin now changes as I ordered her a £90 one - same as mine with NIR- to see if she gets the same results. I am now in my 50s but always had very clear skin but I am now seeing a freshness and glow return so thank you elves/Barbie fairiesITS FRIDAY!
l have done a quick bit of work early now off to gym as I wont go later and then to grab some food from the next door Mr L* - just to tide me over before the hello Fres* arrives Sunday. Eating lots of greens at present - aiming for a large half plate of kale/spinach/broccoli at least once daily alongside my main dish
So greens, a chicken to roast, eggs, lemons etc
Plus I need some store ingredients - brown rice, more pulses
So it will not be a NSD
Lots of last day of week catch up work ..

OCT £520.51/£1132.26 + SIPP £275
Just added £250 to PB for house savings so £520.51 so far this month - could do more but like a better float.
Added £275 for my SIPP as well
These markets are not happy - my one Van SIPP keeps dipping below £40k - I got it nicely over the £40k but its dipping below again - £275 just added takes it back to £40,195 - ah well I must remind myself its cheap AND tax advantages

My hotel for work trip - I booked it, couldn't pay now as it said it was pay at hotel., got sent a pay request which I completed and now they have cancelled... I have rebooked but if it fails again I will use another hotel or booking agent - it was AG*DA - looks like an issue 2nd time around .. I book flights and hotels every month not sure why this place is so difficult.
