Watty1 said:happy to put it on here - my PA recommended Zenler as it can do everything and she likes it. I already have a mailing list to send the course out to.
My new goal is to have it ready to mail out by Friday. I was hoping Monday but there seemed to be work linking the money taking part and so on which PA is doing
You are motivating meso tx
I have a birthday coming up so I have bought via that John P auction house a bit of fun gear for my side hustle which I also have wanted for ages - so yes spending but saved £120 off nnormal price and instead of being given money for clothes and a wish farm thing I will use my birthday money against that - all v exciting
did manage to get through some paperwork on the shelving cupboard of hell yesterday - but far easier once my actual hall shelves are installed - hopefully this eve - so annoying having to walk around stuff - there is more to sort out so and sometimes it feels like a. Uphill battle with clutter
will aim to go to gym for a swim today but fair amount to dos work wise and in life to tackle
I am travelling this weekend abroad and MWAP thinks we are travelling without any even roll on luggage - hmm I am going to see if it’s possible but !! I don’t travel light and I choose not toIt is only 4 nights and to a beach hot place - but I paid for my flight already and when I last looked it was £40 plus each way for luggage . And I don’t want to pay more as the flight was expensive- however I love my fashion and having choices … can I wear 10 dresses over each other ?
I also need to see if I will take my laptop if I need to do some work - as then I will have to take a carry on
I will try packing today and seeDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)

Not even going to ask how you think you're going to be able to wear 10 dresses in a 5-day trip 🤯 Am now imagining you as Beyoncé or Kylie or the like, darting behind a screen and coming out with a different outfit on every 5 minutes 🤣!Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)
Cleared 🧚♀️🧚♀️🧚♀️!!! In 5 years, 1 month and 29 days
Total amount repaid: £72,307.03. £1.10 repaid for every £1.00 borrowed
Finally earning interest instead of paying it!!!4 -

breakfast look
beach look
after beach look (apres sun),
evening dinner/dance look,
hang around at home look (possibly be combined with breakfast look)
PLUS need a 'if we go hiking, canoeing look', 2 x exercise looks
with shoes to match (2 x pair heels minimum including fun wedges, 2 pairs fun flats, 1 pair trainers) oh and the matching handbags ... (yes I am one of those SINK's (single income, no kids)
I should start instagramming my looks but I cant be bothered.
I will note my friend changes bikinis 3 times a day when we are awayDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)

i am exhausted just thinking about those changes! Have you considered a flat with a dressing room?
The place I rented had one and I loved it. All my clothes and the washing and the ironing in one place. I am not really a clothes person but it made the whole "what shall I wear" and finding shoes to match an outfit such a joy.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!5 -

I would love a walk in wardrobe but my study is a combo ..
I know @beanielou - we all have our hobbies
I have just seen as part of Prime Day deals 12 x 250g Lavazza expresso ground coffee £31.33 so £2.60+ per 250g packs vs the £4+ in stores (plus I always buy more food when I run out to buy coffee) - I do like Creme e gusta more but not at £4 a pack (was £2.50 a pack last time I bought in bulk last year)
my prime dd finishes 26th month (ON STUDENT DEAL) but i am cancelling it beforehand as I do spend more easily on amazon. I looked for another online store to buy something and amazon was not cheaper ..
Looking at the July Grocery Challenge has inspired me to look at my 7.5 month spend on the below - helped with YNAB
Since Dec 1st 7.5 month spend
Grocery - £766.42
Bulk £122.50
MEAL boxes £113 *HF deals
Junk £86.85
Snacks/meals out £108 - not include big bday meals
Coffee £107.13 (sometimes social or at college)
Abroad food £608 - I often travel for work
Total £1911.90 over 7.5 months so avg £239 pm but rest of July to go through
July so far
Grocery £118.40 of my £160 budget (just me and occasional feeding of my date) includes 2 lots of the bulk coffee
Bulk £33.99 /£30 now but needed to get more coffee
Junk sweets/crisps £19.29 (ouch)
I am away this weekend abroad so have budgeted some for food but outside this budget
Clutter mission
The hall cupboard shelving should be going up today! woohoo! So the mess in the hall can cleared up. I have sorted through a fair bit but stuff like printer ink, sleeping bag, some electreonics I need but dont use loads (projector etc) all can be packed away. I do have some pile of paperwork to sort as well.
Casino
I used to track every casino trade/MB I did to see if it worked but then the excel got corrupted. However I have been on a downward swing on casino (still up 0000's from beginning of year across casino/sports/trading so I decided this week to start tracking p+l and EV (Estimated value) on every casino trade - there are always swings and roundabouts especially as I do £1 spins for speed.
Over 3 days EV = £82.53, actual profit £120.77 despite doing a big sign up HR offer yesterday and losing that wager money
YNAB is also easily keeping track of this as well - I add up all my bookies at the end of the month and my one MB bank acct and at least my MB/casino covers my monthly food bills at the very leastDON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)

I used to bring lots of clothes on holiday with me too. Then I realised I couldn't be bothered changing and would wash and wear my favourite bikini over and over and always wore the same dresses / shoes 😅 so if I were to go on holiday again (it's been a while sadly) I think I'd try packing minimally. On my house hunting I saw a beautiful house (way out of budget but it was an open day so didn't feel bad for being there 😂) with a huge master bed, the dressing room was attached and almost as big as the bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a small ensuite in it. I thought it would be wasted on me and wondered who had that many clothes. ...it is YOU! That sort of room is made for LaPlan! 😁😂
MORTGAGE BALANCE when we moved Aug 2024, £120,000. January 1st £118,267.06. May 1st, £116, 123, June 1st, £115,536, New mortgage added for extension- £165,000 July 1st!Mortgage Overpayments - September-December, £152.46. J- £103.27, F- £115, M- £91.50, A- £100, M- £200, J- £200. J- £200.

I don’t even change to go out and do gardening which has been the ruin of many an outfit. I did go on holiday once for a month with just a backpack.

I travel so much I am good at knowing what I will wear - its always the shoes though ... I like to build a look which is not possible without easy access to my shoe/bag collection..DON'T BUY STUFF (from Frugalwoods)

You are both a wonder and a mystery to me!
EMS workout training - 3 week results
so done 3 weeks so far ( 2 x a week) I feel stronger, fitter and leaner - I have not changed anything else - eg not been to the gym in between as so busy, but I have kept my normal high step level up - not changed my nutrition- still eating crisps and haribo and the occasional drink though I have found myself craving more protein in the afternoon
results are good so far - 3 weeks in - lbm is up 1.8kg , body fat dropped 2.3kg .. weight is largely the same 0.5kg up as muscle strength up.I will keep you all informed as another 12 weeks of training in my plan - plus a friend just joined up so I will get 4 sessions for free as a referral - need to chase that - I can see that long outer thigh muscle reappearing , the menopause slight belly/hip is there but i can see my 2 pack above it and my core feels much stronger - I also feel fitter and my arms look leaner.I have lost 1.4kg of fat off my trunk and 0.4kg fat off each thigh in 3 weeks.
I plan to go for a swim in my normal gym tomorrow morning - I am hardly using it ridiculously .. and it expires end Sept. I will check out the stats on their Boditrax machine to see if it reports the same fat down. LBM up.
SMEG HEAVEN
My auction Smeg kettle has arrived -it is the smaller version which I didnt expect but I still love it and as I am on my own actually I dont need the full size kettle. The colour is perfect and it is inspiring me to repaint the kitchen the same colour again on my return.
A family member is having my old kettle perfectly functional) for the stables - so following the one in one out and I feel the new kettle wil also inspire me to keep my surfaces clearer as its a work of art.
NSD today - apart from a bus and a train - saw a friend after EMS but he bought the coffee
Tomorrow will not be cheap as bday drinks and I will buy at least one bottle rose/prosecco etc, but I have an early morning flight then Sat am so plan not to go too mad.
