No, it's excluding line rental. It's a broadband only deal.
I've signed up to it for the £20 a month deal. I will get 74mbps download speed and unlimited UK landline and mobile calls. PLUS, I get a free alexa phone (whatever that is) and a month free trial on the super duper fast broadband. There are no other charges on top, so line rental must be included. My first bill will be £29.99 (£9.99 for router and phone postage) and then £20 thereafter.0 -

I am also on the £20 per month full fibre deal for people on benefits (I am on pension credit). It does include line rental but the telephone calls are VOIP. My landline plugs into the back of the router so needs to be next to a plug socket. There was also a £15 version but I opted for the faster speed as the signal in my area is poor. They do not use the existing copper wires as they are being phased out so I was unable to use my extension but they connected new fibre wiring to my property free of charge and I am very happy with it so far.
If you contact them they do an eligibility check there and then and apparently they check again each year to see if you are still eligible0 -
I'm on the same BT package too. £20 for broadband and calls as above. It's certainly worth it.

If you contact them they do an eligibility check there and then and apparently they check again each year to see if you are still eligibleand in reality, based on what we had before, it's actually <2Mbps, the cables won't allow any faster. They couldn't guarantee even 1Mbps before though, so that's new!
