We get Working/Child Tax Credits rather than UC, doesn't seem we're eligible unless others have managed it?0

Tax credits is not one of the eligible benefits.

As tax credits are administered by HMRC this is not possible. The only solution would be to claim UC. The same applies to anyone on a low income who claims Housing Benefit (but not any DWP benefit). They aren't eligible but would be if they were to claim UC rather than HB.

I have my broadband only, no landline included from Plusnet and only pay £15.16 a month so cheaper deals are available to all...4

I'm not sure what you mean by "i'm on warm home discount" this isn't a benefit, it's money towards your energy bills once a year. You've also posted on a thread that's a year old. Claiming housing benefit doesn't entitle you to the BT essentials cheaper broadband.

No, it's excluding line rental. It's a broadband only deal.

Please read the link. Those that claim Pension Credit can also have the cheaper broadband.
