Thing is I've had a refund on a joint account that I've never used for gambling, when I deposit mine say Mexico normally and always use different names, I did get on my barclays app this morning saying u have refunds and it said both my accounts, I thought barclays had gone mad as I wasn't expecting anything0

Lloyds have put me through to the fraud team so I’m waiting for them to get back to me. They have concerns though as when they’ve searched for this company they have had ‘access denied’ so they said that’s a definite cause for concern0

I have had refunds in both accounts 1 in Halifax account and several in Barclays account. Looks like online casino Cherryfiesta as no longer support UK players. My refunds £1700

Ok so I’ve just finished the call. Three different teams have looked at my account and transactions over the last 6 months and they’re not worried, said it’s really unlikely to be fraud as they’re confident they’d not be refunding money to me they’d be taking it out already. They said just to not spend it for a couple of weeks to give the chance for a company to recall it if it’s been sent in error… I asked about cancelling my card and they said if it’s going to give you peace of mind you’re more than welcome to do it and we understand we’ll get you a new one sent out… I’m probably going to cancel it just to feel less paranoid
