  • I have been refunded 2 payments today totalling £101. I don’t know what casino is refunding as all the info my bank have is that it’s from rumit.cz.
    It was refunded to an old debit card which was blocked back in December/January 2020.
    I asked the bank if this money could be taken again and the man I spoke with in the frauds team said NO. 
    I bank with Natwest.

    I will leave the money in my account and see what happens. The £101 refund or whatever has happened is nowhere near what I have deposited in total. 

    Hopefully someone finds out from the casino soon.

    I've asked the support on Fortuneclock and apparently they know nothing about the refunds.
  • Yeah I did too and they're unaware. Same as very well casino and 14 red which are the only two I've played at! Very odd.

    Always research these casinos before you deposit. If your ever unsure you can call UKGC or even gamstop for clarity. The fact these hid the licence, address etc..was immediate alarm bells and then especially on the chat you get the response "we are regulated internally" that to me means they can pick and choose who to pay or not to pay. The agents themselves are very rude and it inspired me to do this.

  • Could it be because of this? I noticed topreviewer mentioned the Swedish litigation so maybe they are refunding to any players that are in a country where the casino does not hold a gambling license. I received 9 refunds yesterday totaling over £600 so I am very grateful for getting us justice.

  • Why have we now gone from gambling on shady websites to getting shady refunds 😂 I had £700 back yesterday which is a tiny percentage of what I've deposited. I can't believe this is because a few emails were sent. 
    Also deposited with Fortune Clock, Verywell, Royal Oak, Harry's Casino, Goldenaxe.
