Unknow Refund

It makes sense in one aspect but on the other hand it doesn’t.
Money isn’t consistent in what I’ve deposited (unless it is a very very small percentage refunded) and everyone is using different sites.

Sorry to sound sceptical but I'm not sure that would work with no legal documents in place... Someone can't just contact a director of a company and give 14 days to reimburse people. Sounds rather impossible, if it was that easy I'd have got thousands back..
What exactly did you request to be refunded?!

Exactly my thought. Refund amount is nothing near what I’ve deposited and if it is a percentage it is completely tiny to what I’ve deposited. 

There is no consistency  with sites used either as 2 people on here have said they only used 2 particular casinos, if those 2 I’ve never used either they mentioned was a totally different casino.

Hard working people like ourselves do not deserve to be treat the way you have. The greatest achievement about all this? They didn't owe me anything and I didn't have any account registered with them 😂. I happened to stumble across the reviews by mistake.

Just never ever deposit on these awful sites.

So I also got a refund today. 59 $. But i have never signed in or payed anything to an Online Casino. Contacted VISA Germany and they told me to wait and see what happens….

This is all legit.

I have hammered them and hammered them day in day out. What I asked them to look at was whatever you were owed, I don't gamble, it could be a refund of winnings entitled too or refund of deposits, I honestly have zero idea, maybe, Jeremy, max , Colin , Adam or you know whatever other psuedo name they use may be able to help on the chat system they use. All I know is Christiana was making alot of money from UK customers. 

I have taken the following action : 

Asked them to look at all your accounts and refund whatever is owed back within a very reasonable 14 day period.

I have contacted the UKGC and reported the same practices they used to poach Swedish customers.

I have completed a legal and abuse ticket with the webhost to shut them down.

I have contacted HMRC to see if they owe any outstanding UK taxes.

I did it for you, I'm based in the UK , I was lucky/unlucky enough to be made redundant so I had the time to do this.

This is your money!
