I understood Zero mortgage acceptance a while back via Habito checking and advising tsb wouldn't be likely to approve re mortgage.Deleted_User said:
Based on his post elsewhere, 18k of credit (no idea how much debt is being held on these BTs), windows finance and a 17.25k salary, wouldn't be optimistic of a mortgage any time sooncymruchris said:

You don't have to use a feature just because you have it. I've had them on several cards and have never used one. It's nice to have it there for an emergency, but it would have to be a real emergency to use it.Dandytf said:

as you’ve stated you don’t need them, so you don’t need to keep applying.
just don’t want you to fall back into debt & it’s easy with so much credit available1 -
He's already in debt, cleared the slate then immediately ran up unaffordable card debt and had to use BT to clear it, has expensive window finance plus any other stuff he's spending on (I note a replacement iPhone 12 mini on top of iPhone 12), yet is wasting money in low interest savings plans. His income (£17.25k) to debt (and potential debt of 18.5k credit card limits) ratio is asking for trouble and yet also wants a mortgage despite potentially medically retiring in 10 years (or 15 normally I believe)!adamp87 said:

only Windows finance though affordable, once installation becomes available.
No immediate large purchases, unless FD30 fire restrictions get altered, though not likely.Replenished CRA Reports.2020 Nissan Leaf 128-149 miles top charge. Savings depleted. VM Stream tv M250 Volted to M350 then M500 since returned to 1gb0 -
I think somebody is winding you all up good and proper! Who in their right mind pays for windows in a property they don’t own?! Then again maybe that’s the real issue (not in right mind).0
